It's not exactly for riding - people can have their pictures taken in front of the truck, when it stops at certain locations across the country.

And yes, it gives out free Coca Cola - I don't drink that myself (I prefer Lilt and/or Fanta), but again the truck is a very sweet tradition over here, inspired by one of our own Christmas commercials https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wtxogfPieA .

But before anyone asks, no the truck is not exactly necessary for Santa Claude. It has indeed visited during previous Santa Claude visits, yes including when I went to see it after learning I could finally avenge the Mute For Coal Incident... but the only reason I didn't see the truck for its 2019 tour, was because the day we planned to go and see it turned out to be one of my Santa Claude visit days for that year 0:-)

And it's more good news for the Funko collectors here! I bought a Nightmare Before Christmas Funko Advent calendar here - and it's the full 24 days, as opposed to the 13-day one I bought the other week!

Nightmare Before Christmas is one of the Disney movies which Capcom have made a game about, so of course that's a fitting choice for if Santa Claude comes to town, and of course for if Halloween falls during an airing celebration;
as well as its appearance in the Kingdom Hearts franchise.

Speaking of Kingdom Hearts, I also picked up a Funko figurine of the Soldier Heartless, because I thought it was just too adorable. I also bought Shere Khan (TaleSpin version), because Capcom also made a game about TaleSpin;
and also Avinia (from Monster Hunter Stories), yes because of her being a Monster Hunter character and therefore a Capcom character. Yes, I would even consider the name 'Avinia' for any future Street Fighter babies!

The only Advent calendar I couldn't afford today, was another Disney storybook one which yes I am keen on buying - indeed even more so, because Mulan (the princess whom Ming-Na voiced!) is in that. Maybe I'll get that, when I next do my grocery shopping...

They are adorable, aren't they? Hell, don't forget I have all three Mega Man Funko Pez dispensers, which for obvious reasons I only use for airing celebrations...

But now, we can get them in Advent calendars? Sweet, I know!

Thank you, Neo Senshi ^_^

So... is anyone tempted, like to get a Funko Advent calendar of their own?

And yes, the only reason I'd open all doors on my non-candy Advent calendars, including the Funko ones... is if Santa Claude comes to town. A barrage of airing gifts 😄

And in case the question arises, yes my Shere Khan Funko is to be among the 'exclusive' Christmas decorations (i.e. because Capcom made a game about TaleSpin).

I will keep some of the Nightmare Before Christmas Funkos for myself, while those I don't want I will give to my sister-in-law because she also likes Nightmare Before Christmas. I showed her a picture of the calendar I bought the other day, and she loves it!

One of the Christmas music channels has started up! No sign of Kylie yet, but I will let you know if I see any of her lovely music videos...

And for anyone who may still be wondering about my nation's new monarch King Charles III, I can tell you his coronation has been confirmed for May 6. God save the king!

I do realise, that he is to be crowned on the two-year anniversary of when we surrendered Yoshimoto. That's another unfortunate irony, as Yoshimoto took ill around the time of Prince Phillip's funeral - so my family agrees with my suggestion, that Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip must be giving him lots of fuss up there in Heaven;
and with the double rainbow over Buckingham Palace on the day we lost Her Majesty suggested to be she and Prince Phillip reunited, perhaps any of the other rainbows here that day (most likely, I would guess, the one over Windsor Castle) could be Yoshimoto...

Oh bless you Lemmy 😄 . Well, her songs we are most likely to catch on the music channels are 100 Degrees (which she duetted with her sister Dannii), Every Day's Like Christmas, and Most Wonderful Time of the Year - look them up, if you're keen ^_^

Amen, sister!

And of course, in case Santa Claude does visit this year... naturally, we do also need to consider our options for pre-airing gaming achievements!

Well yes, there is still the matter of precisely why we need to summon Santa Claude - in which case, for the first achievement I'm leaning toward Resident Evil Survivor (for the Cammy poster featured therein), or any version of the original Resident Evil.

But for any other games I complete, well the NES game Gradius is on the cards. I bought it while out shopping last week... primarily because, I first had the game back in Deadeye Month 1997, as compensation for my second case of severe malhandling of my needle phobia in a Deadeye Month! Ohhh, I bet the health board and my school -including all who bullied me about my needle phobia- had lumps of coal coming out of their ears on the respective Christmas mornings, for breaking Ibuki's Law like that!

So after much thought, yes it only feels right to put Gradius on the high priority list (next to the aforementioned Resident Evil games, that is), in that which I involve in getting justice for Kylie. Where applicable, yes I would certainly grant this festive liberty to one or two games.

And when that full set of Street Fighter badges arrives, mom and I will take a look at them, and decide which ones she wants to give me for Christmas and/or my birthday - though yes, again remember Gran wants to give me the Ken one, for family reasons.

Obviously, mom knows not to give me the Balrog one - Gran saying herself he looks rather nasty does, indeed, confirm about my whole family being anti-Balrog! I still plan to use the Balrog badge -including the packaging- to make a wanted poster for Balrog, if I do then I can't guarantee if I'd take a picture and have it added in the galleries. And before anyone asks, i.e. considering the packaging is designed like the respective fighters' stages... no, all packaging is too small to make a Vega VS Balrog image/scene, and with the win quote "
Handsome fighters never lose battles"
to signal that our little Spanish darling has won - hence the majority of all packaging being used for bookmarks for some of my published strategy guides, primarily the Final Fantasy ones.

Dhalsim is still... debatable, because of my having to replace my broken Dhalsim badge. But we'll take a look at everyone, including the Street Fighter logo badge, and we'll go from there...

Bravo, Raven!

And I would certainly offer to post a few other Christmas songs I listen to, as I know a certain pair of ass cheeks have mentioned I think about being an Elton John fan, so perhaps they might enjoy his song Step Into Christmas... but the only reason I'm hesitant to post that one, is in case certain people stick their noses in the air and pull the 'phobic' card or something...

Awww you guys 😄

The other two Kylie Christmas songs which I am likely to see videos for, are Every Day's Like Christmas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f37t3m7W-NA being the second-most common one I see;
and third goes to 100 Degrees https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SKyU1k7juw , after I saw the video for that last year. But I have noted, that Most Wonderful Time of the Year is most common, so I usually place my bets on that being the one I see first.
