This is Kolin. She is the assistant of Gill. She is finally making her first appearance as a playable character.

They're adding up new outfits for everyone. They're all school uniforms, and their bringing back Bison's old Thailand stage.

Also Capcom pro tour costumes but at a price of $5.99 each

I don't think it was released it was probably a cancelled last minute change

It was removed over religious reference eventhough it was okay before
