Random Thoughts with SuperBeast August 2024

Good god, there is no rest for the weary.

My wife and I are trying to unpack and get settled into our new home.  You'd be surprised how much shit you can pile up in an apartment.  

I haven't gotten the year 2 DLC yet for Street Fighter 6.  Too busy.  Plus, I'm not really thrilled about having Bison back.  He died at the end of SFV.  We could've gone without him.  

Since December of last year, I have stopped smoking cigarettes.  I've been using an Njoy vape.  I feel like I'm smoking a flash drive.  I'd rather have the cigarette sometimes.  However, the times I have had a cigarette, I didn't enjoy it.  I guess that's progress.

As I write this, my YouTube is playing on random.  They have free movies, and the one on right now is Popeye.  Shelley Duvall whom just recently passes away played Olive, and of course Robin Williams played Popeye.  It's been 10 years since he passed away.  It still hurts that a man with so much talent, that we grew up with, is gone.  It's like losing your fun uncle.  I don't agree with what he did, but I hope his soul is at peace.

You ever have a craving for a certain dish?  For some reason I feel like I can't get a decent Sheppard's Pie (of if you're in Europe, Cottage Pie) anywhere.

Speaking of food, we got a new Japanese place here.  For only $28, you can have for two hours all you can eat sushi.  Lighter on my wallet, and heavy on the value, especially when the food is amazing.

My Tiktok page has picked up a bit.  I'm up to 5,100 followers.  Somehow that many people find my dumb ass entertaining.

Eventually I plan on doing another Pick-A-Vid or a That's Gotta Hurt.  

I think we might need to change the name of the Final RPG to Reboot RPG.

I've had some failures, but lately, good things have been happening.  That being said, I leave you with this.
