Bad dog!!!!

The dog fouling has started up again! When the dog fouler was released from prison, he obviously, no pun intended, pooh-poohed being told to stop the dog fouling... and now the dust has settled following his release from prison, he has decided to start the trouble up again, so it's obvious he kept that damn dog with him for this very nasty purpose. I thought the 'present' on my lawn the other day was just a one-off accident, as well as one not too long after he was released... but I was greeted with another 'present' this morning, while taking out the trash! So as the title says, bad dog!!!!

I have issued a complaint to my local council, they are going to check the areas as soon as they can... and once that is done, they will send out dog fouling complaint letters to everyone on my street (me included). I will notify my parents when the letter arrives.


The only unfortunate thing is, my camera is on the blink... so dad is going to check that as soon as he can, so we can hopefully gain evidence this time. We had only just set up the camera in Jasmine Month 2022 when, in Deadeye Month of the same year, the cops started looking for the dog fouler for a violent assault (which he was sentenced for, on Vega's birthday last year). Let's hope we can stop the dog fouling once and for all!

It's happened again! My dad will come and sort out my camera, and I tried phoning the council but the guy I spoke to had just started, hopefully my dad will have a better response...

Indeed! It happened again this morning too, so I've given my parents the heads-up - they're on a coach break at the moment, but dad will check the camera and let me know if it caught anything. He has the app for my camera on his phone.

I issued a dog fouling complaint to my council, and a lady I spoke to agreed to inspect the lawn and have a word with the dog fouler - the lawn has since been cleared, but just in case I'll keep my complaint diary handy.

I did explain to the lady, that there was no dog foul while the man was in prison (in fact, the last foul I recorded at that time... was just before the cops started looking for him)... but as I feared, it started up again, now the dust has settled following his release...

Oh yes, I think it was Gran and/or mom who said that too.

My family also wasn't very happy, when the council lady I spoke to suggested I talk with the dog fouler -maybe even write my own complaint letter- to explain how unhappy I am about his dog going on my lawn. As well as him being nasty altogether, the point that he's served time in prison is a red flag!


My dad is also going to install the camera app on my laptop, particularly because the dog fouling happens during the dark -I've caught the dog fouler in the act around this time while I'm typing, actually- and so I can check the camera more often. I've advised dad to come and take care of it on Saturday - my airing day is out; and if he came today, then yes there's always the chance he could still be installing it when it's time to start the final countdown...

So far, so good! But also, a neighbour who actually calls me 'Street Fighter' (on account of a since-damaged Street Fighter lanyard, which yes I have a replacement for) says the dog is going on her lawn, as well - so I've advised her to see about getting a camera or something, so she can gather evidence for the council...

Dad installed the camera onto my phone, instead of my lap-top. Thankfully, it has not detected any trouble so far - but when I tested the camera at stupid o'clock Sunday morning, awwww, it detected a cat walking past

That's why we had it installed, Phoenix. In 2022, the council finally wanted to take action against the fouling... so they consented to our request for the camera. We and other targets had explained to them, that we knew who the culprit was - but still, yes there is the matter of actually gathering the evidence.


However, we had only just had the camera installed, I had to get dad to shake a leg in installing it in Jasmine Month 2022, after mom had a phone call from a creep with a code-red threat level to *gasp* potentially repeat the Mute Incident; and I'd documented yet another foul in late Deadeye Month 2022... when I noticed the cops outside the dog fouler's apartment, in the evenings... and when I woke up some mornings. They were shining a torch at his window, and all! They couldn't yet disclose why they were looking for him, but OMG this was serious!

Then, on Vega's birthday the following year... dad told me that the dog fouler was sentenced to two years in prison, for an ABH offense! There were no fouls after that...

...But the dog fouler was released after only one year, on 'good behaviour'... and as I feared, the problem has returned, despite a council official who visited him upon release warning him to stop. So now, I check my camera every morning, so we can catch evidence and hopefully legally force him to stop!
