It's the Ber Months!

With Balrog Bashing Month upon us, that means we are now in the Ber Months! These mean that my special month grows ever nearer... so for those of you who are willing to donate toward the Street Fighter mandate, then yes start preparing your gifts, and have them ready to post in Deadeye Month/Spanish Deadeye Month (delete as applicable)!

In turn... if you too wish to use any of the distinguishments for Santa Claude, such as to use any Princess Jasmine Christmas ornaments (obviously because of my kitty Jasmine, who is Raul the 3rd)... then yes, by all means! This is the time to start looking for those, as well.

And I've had a good look in the shops - my, there's some pretty decent Christmas and Halloween stock! I still need to look into more things, so if I can go shopping next Thursday, I'll see if another town I visit has like that Nativity Story Advent calendar in stock - if not any crackers...

And it's good news for the Beetlejuice fans too! There is more Beetlejuice merch at one of the bargain stores over here, yes obviously because of the new movie having been released - those Beetlejuice chocolate lollipops are perfect for my trick-or-treaters, just like the Beetlejuice wine gums I've been buying!


Other than the Beetlejuice candy, I bought this ghost train tin with chocolate spooky 'passengers' inside - the only ones I kept for myself are the black cat ones (well, obviously!), but I'll save the rest for our trick-or-treaters, and I think the tin would make an excellent Halloween decoration. I knew I was right, to start choosing holiday stuff and not risk being left with the   at the last minute

Glad you like it, Mod Soul. Hocus Pocus is another Halloween favourite for me and mom, I have notoriously joined in with the chant in I Put A Spell On You - so whenever the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular is being performed, I notify mom.


Another thing I usually do throughout Hsien-Ko Month, except if I have airings of course (in which case, I'm too busy completing games )... if any of my supernatural-themed games still need to be prepared, then yes I prioritise preparing them first. It makes sense, don't you think?

I do have a few of Capcom's supernatural games, which still need preparation - just the other day, I bought Onimusha 3 over at Roy's shop... and I told the lady who served me "I bought it just in time for next month - it's all zombies and demons and stuff", to which the lady agreed it's just right for Halloween
