I'm just looking at this page for a discontinued Dynasty Warriors mobile game, and each character's costume colour looks like it was determined by each respective element - well, check out all the colour options for Zhang He in his matador uniform! I would definitely say his fire colouring is, ahem, the hottest - it looks like Vega's matador uniform from Ultra Street Fighter 4!
