Stardust: Sure, why not.

Green Ninja: The Outworld business is more Liu Kang's style, so I guess he would.

Andy: Walking around seeing how creative people could be with a costume. Be it original or no. That and the overall atmosphere. Panels are great too, depending on the topic and who is there. There's always artists around too selling their stuff. My least favorite part? The con prices.

Neo Senshi: All the time. I bought some cool stuff from a lot of them.

Limey Man: I know he likes training under waterfalls.

Zane: Oh god, I don't have that sort've time in my life, lol. But I suppose if I put the effort into it, I could make what I think SuperBeast would look like.

Last Quincy: Depends on what you're trying to cosplay as. Prime example, I found a Chris Redfield costume from RE5. It was like a hundred bucks, but the pants that came with it were thin and not really good. So I had a pair of cargo pants, and spent like 20 bucks on the tactical gloves. So for me it was $120. It really all depends on your imagination, and your resources around you. Don't be afraid to take advantage of second hand shops like Goodwill or Salvation Army.
